le grand parle ouere 01
Moncton, November 14, 2018
– The Congrès mondial acadien 2019 unveiled today the concept of its people’s forum to be held on August 18, 19 and 20, 2019 in Moncton, New Brunswick. As a first step in its implementation, the CMA 2019 is launching an online survey to involve the population in selecting the topics to be discussed during the forum.

Le Grand parle-ouère – a name inspired by the citizen cafés of the Société de l’Acadie du Nouveau-Brunswick – will be an open forum where thematic discussions and exchanges will take place to learn, share and provide guidance. For the occasion, participants will converge at Université de Moncton, Moncton campus, to exchange on various matters of interest to Acadians and anyone interested in Acadie.
New to this edition: the subjects discussed during the community forum will be selected through an online questionnaire. People will have the opportunity to suggest the themes they find relevant and ultimately choose what they would like to discuss during the event in 2019.

Le Grand parle-ouère of the CMA 2019 will be a place for reflection and discussion where everyone is welcome to talk about today and tomorrow's Acadie. The CMA 2019 is inviting people to become part of the process now by completing the survey here. The survey will be open until December 12, 2018.

Le Grand parle-ouère: the people’s forum of the CMA 2019 is organized in collaboration with Université de Moncton, Société Nationale de l’Acadie and Fédération des étudiantes et des étudiants du Centre universitaire de Moncton.
